AI-native startups can apply on the official page for a selection-based grant: Build offers up to US$15,000 for companies with up to US$5 million raised, Scale up to US$30,000 for US$5–10 million raised, and Grow up to US$50,000 for over US$10 million raised. Submit company, funding, customer and use-case details; credits cover serverless inference, dedicated endpoints, fine-tuning and instant clusters, but not Reserved GPU Clusters, and acceptance or the maximum award is not guaranteed.
