OpenVids: free open-source video editor for Mac and Windows; bring your own AI provider

How to claim it
Download OpenVids 0.5.4 from its official site for Apple Silicon Macs with macOS 11+ or Windows 10+ x64; the desktop editor is free under Apache 2.0 and has no India exclusion. Manual editing works without an AI account, but agents and voiceover require your own model-provider credentials and any separate provider bills; Chrome and FFmpeg are also required. This is early-stage software, not free hosted AI inference; current Mac builds are not notarized and Windows builds are unsigned, so review the source and release before installing.

Did it work for you?
Your vote is how a dead offer comes down: three or more "Didn't" in two days, outnumbering the "Worked" votes, and it is taken off the site.
Some links pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra and never decides what is listed. Full disclosure.
