The offer

Download Harness to manage your coding agents across your own machines, or build the MIT-licensed software from source. The software is free to use in India; bring your own agent credentials or run local models on your hardware. Model-provider subscriptions, API usage, compute and optional hardware are separate, not included free inference.

Who can claim it

  • Users in India can obtain the MIT-licensed source without a country restriction.
  • Use a supported Mac or Linux machine and your own coding-agent setup.
  • Model access requires your provider credentials or suitable hardware for local models.

How to claim it

  1. Open the official Harness desktop download page.
  2. Choose the macOS or Linux download for your computer.
  3. On Mac, drag Harness into Applications; on Linux, make the AppImage executable and open it.
  4. Follow the documented sign-in and machine-linking setup, then connect your own agents.

Good to know

No trial end date is stated. The current release is MIT-licensed; model-provider, compute and optional hardware costs remain separate.

Free software is not free hosted inference or included model credits. MIT requires retaining its copyright and permission notice and provides no warranty; upstream tools keep their own licences. The official setup includes sign-in and machine linking. Harness Pro hardware is separate. No account was created and runtime or India-based model-provider activation was not tested.

Your vote is how a dead offer comes down: three or more "Didn't" in two days, outnumbering the "Worked" votes, and it is taken off the site.
