The offer

Developers in India can install Coderrr 2.1.0 free from PyPI with Python 3.10 or newer; its current source package includes the MIT licence. Configure a supported local model or your own cloud-provider key, then review the proposed coding plan before approving changes. This is free software, not bundled paid AI access: hardware and provider bills are separate, cloud models receive your code, and the default scratch sandbox is not a security barrier against hostile code.

Who can claim it

  • Users in India with a compatible computer and Python 3.10 or newer.
  • A supported local model or your own model-provider access is required.
  • MIT licence notices must be preserved where required.

How to claim it

  1. Open the official getting-started guide.
  2. Install with pipx install coderrr or uv tool install coderrr.
  3. Run coderrr config to choose your provider and model.
  4. Open your project and run coderrr run with your coding request.
  5. Review and, if needed, edit the generated spec files before approving execution.

Good to know

The software has no stated trial expiry or recurring Coderrr fee. Cloud-model usage, subscriptions, hardware and electricity remain separate costs.

The current downloadable PyPI source package is MIT-licensed. Local models need suitable hardware; cloud models receive the code they process. The scratch sandbox is only a project copy, not isolation from hostile code; Docker adds stronger isolation. MCP tools can run during planning, and stdio servers run outside the sandbox, so review permissions and generated changes.

Your vote is how a dead offer comes down: three or more "Didn't" in two days, outnumbering the "Worked" votes, and it is taken off the site.
