The offer
Users in India can try Archivist in a browser with up to five files without signup, or create a free account for up to 50 AI-powered renames per calendar month. The live trial accepts supported images and short videos up to 30 seconds, with a 10 MB limit per file; originals remain untouched until you choose what to download. Files are uploaded and sent to external AI providers for analysis, so this is not a local-only tool; the Mac app is still coming soon.
Who can claim it
- Browser access; current terms have no India exclusion.
- Five files can be tried without an account; the Free account allows 50 AI renames per calendar month.
- One account per user; lawful files you have the right to process.
How to claim it
- Open Try Archivist and skip to your own files or use its sample demonstration.
- Choose a naming preset and upload up to five supported files, at most 10 MB each.
- Review the generated names before downloading.
- For the monthly Free allowance, choose Create a free account and use Google or email signup.
Good to know
Free account limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Higher allowances require a paid plan; no free-tier end date is stated.
Guest uploads are deleted after seven days; signed-in files remain until deleted or the account is removed. Images or video preview frames pass through Lovable AI Gateway to Google Gemini or fallback OpenAI, which may retain request data for security. Rate limit: 30 renames per minute; automated access is prohibited. Users retain rights to their files.

Your vote is how a dead offer comes down: three or more "Didn't" in two days, outnumbering the "Worked" votes, and it is taken off the site.
