The offer
Active Airtel prepaid, postpaid, Wi-Fi and DTH customers in India can claim 12 months of Adobe Express Premium at no extra subscription charge through the Airtel App, including 250 generative AI credits each month. Log in with your Airtel number, open the offer in benefits and sign in or create an Adobe account by January 28, 2027; one redemption is allowed per user and you must remain an active Airtel customer for all 12 months. Your normal Airtel service costs still apply; if Premium ends, existing projects remain accessible but premium features and assets may be restricted.
Who can claim it
- All active Airtel prepaid, postpaid, Wi-Fi and DTH users in India.
- Remain an active Airtel customer throughout the 12-month benefit.
- Only one redemption per user; the offer is non-transferable.
- Existing Adobe Express Premium customers are also eligible according to the official FAQ.
How to claim it
- Open the Airtel App and log in with your Airtel number; redemption is app-only.
- Open benefits and look for Claim OTTs and more or the Discover Adobe Express Premium Offer banner.
- Tap the offer and sign in or create an Adobe account when prompted.
- Follow the on-screen activation steps, then use Adobe Express on a supported device or desktop browser.
Good to know
If you downgrade or lose Premium, you retain access to existing projects, but premium features, templates and assets may be unavailable. Adobe Express Free remains usable with basic tools.
Claim from January 29, 2026 to January 28, 2027; the 12 months start on redemption. Normal Airtel recharge, plan or service fees still apply; this is not a free telecom plan. AI credits reset monthly: wait for the next reset or buy extra credits from Adobe if used up. The advertised approximately ₹4,000 value is for one year. Check the activation screen for any account-specific billing conditions.
