Google Gemini Free for Airtel Users? Offer Check

No Airtel Google AI Pro bundle was verified. Jio lists 18 months with eligible ₹349+ unlimited 5G mobile plans; check the separate rules.

We could not verify free Google AI Pro for Airtel users in Airtel's current official terms. The verified telecom offer is Jio's 18-month Google AI Pro benefit on eligible unlimited 5G mobile plans of ₹349 or more.

Checked on 17 October 2026. Airtel's Google One storage offers and its separate AI partnerships should not be read as a Gemini paid-plan entitlement.

What Airtel's Google benefit actually says

Airtel's current terms list a Google One 30 GB storage benefit for prepaid packs of ₹319, ₹379 and ₹449. That entry describes storage valid with the eligible pack. It does not describe Google AI Pro, enhanced Gemini access or an 18-month AI subscription.

The stated claim route is the Google One card in the Airtel App, followed by linking a Google account. The storage benefit continues while the customer stays on an eligible pack. Moving to another pack or porting out cancels that offer under the published terms.

A Google One name on a recharge is therefore not enough to identify the included tier. Read the storage amount, plan name and entitlement in the offer card. Do not assume every Google subscription includes the paid Gemini features you want.

The verified Jio Gemini offer

Jio's official offer page lists 18 months of Google AI Pro from activation for eligible retail mobile customers. Its FAQ specifies an active unlimited 5G prepaid or postpaid mobile plan of ₹349 or above.

There is a small age-wording mismatch on the page. The headline says 18 years and above, while the eligibility FAQ says above 18. If you are exactly 18, check the eligibility shown in MyJio before paying for a plan for this benefit.

Jio lists higher Gemini access, 5 TB total storage across Photos, Drive and Gmail, and higher limits for selected Google AI tools. Higher limits are not unlimited usage. Video generation is explicitly described as limited access.

The current Jio Google AI Pro deal on doublethink tracks that separate offer. It is not an Airtel redemption route.

How an eligible Jio customer claims

  1. Open MyJio and sign in to the eligible mobile account.
  2. Find the Google Gemini offer banner on the home screen.
  3. Tap the banner and register using your Gmail account.
  4. Read the confirmation and any account-specific conditions before completing activation.

Jio permits one claim per eligible unique mobile number. You must continuously maintain an eligible active 5G plan throughout the benefit. We checked the public instructions, not a signed-in account or an actual claim.

What Airtel users can check instead

If you want a design tool rather than Google AI Pro, Airtel's Adobe Express offer provides a separate 12-month Premium subscription for eligible active mobile, Wi-Fi and DTH customers. Its redemption window ends on 28 January 2027. It is not Gemini and does not transfer a Google AI subscription to your account.

Airtel's older Perplexity Pro offer is also a different product. The current terms give a redemption period from 17 July 2025 to 16 January 2026. Do not treat an old announcement as a new claim available in October 2026.

The catch

The Jio AI subscription is bundled with paid connectivity. The ongoing eligible plan cost remains yours, and access depends on keeping it active. Having an Airtel SIM as well does not remove that requirement or create an Airtel claim.

For Airtel's storage offer, the terms warn that moving an existing larger Google One subscription to the 30 GB benefit can leave your account over its quota. Check existing storage and billing before changing anything. A storage downgrade is not a free Google AI Pro upgrade.

Already-activated Airtel Perplexity benefits have their own expiry and payment rules. Airtel's terms now require valid payment details with Perplexity and describe paid renewal unless cancelled. Do not apply that renewal rule to a different provider's offer.

Our take

Stay with the exact entitlement, not the Google logo. Airtel's cited prepaid benefit is 30 GB storage; Jio's cited benefit is 18 months of Google AI Pro with continuing eligibility conditions. If you use Airtel only, we would not recharge expecting a verified Google AI Pro bundle on the evidence above.

Is Google Gemini free for Airtel users?

We could not verify an Airtel-specific Google AI Pro bundle from the current official terms checked here. The listed Airtel Google One prepaid benefit provides 30 GB storage, which is not the Jio Google AI Pro offer.

Can I claim the Jio Gemini offer with an Airtel number?

Jio's terms require an eligible Jio retail mobile connection and active unlimited 5G plan. An Airtel number alone does not meet that requirement. If you have both connections, assess the Jio offer against the Jio number separately.

Does every Jio plan above 349 qualify?

The official FAQ requires an active unlimited 5G mobile plan of ₹349 or above, not price alone. Confirm the eligible plan and offer banner in MyJio before buying a recharge for the subscription.
