We could not verify a Canva Pro free offer with Airtel from its current official terms. Airtel's verified design offer is 12 months of Adobe Express Premium; Jio's ₹399 prepaid recharge has a separate 12-month Canva Pro offer.
Checked on 17 October 2026. These are different subscriptions from different providers. An Airtel connection does not satisfy Jio's eligibility rules.
What Airtel actually offers
Airtel's Adobe Express page advertises 12 months of Adobe Express Premium for active prepaid, postpaid, Wi-Fi and DTH customers. The benefit has no separate subscription charge, but your Airtel service must stay active. Prepaid customers need an active pack.
Its published redemption window runs from 29 January 2026 to 28 January 2027. The 12 months start when you redeem, not on the announcement date. Eligibility is checked in the Airtel App.
This is Adobe Express Premium, not Canva Pro and not an Adobe Creative Cloud bundle. Airtel lists 100 GB storage and 250 monthly generative AI credits for Express. Those credits do not mean unlimited image generation.
How to claim the verified Airtel alternative
- Open the Airtel App and sign in with the number linked to your active service.
- Check Manage or the benefits area for the Adobe Express Premium card.
- Select Claim Now and read the displayed eligibility details.
- Sign in or register with an Adobe account using Google, Apple or email.
- Complete activation and use that same Adobe account on other devices.
These steps come from Airtel's published instructions. We did not activate a subscription or inspect a reader's account. If the card is missing, contact Airtel rather than paying a third party to activate it.
Where the Canva offer comes from
Jio's official Canva offer distinguishes two tiers. A ₹399 eligible prepaid recharge gives Canva Pro for 12 months. The ₹349 plan, eligible 2 GB/day plans above ₹349 and selected add-ons give Canva Pro Lite. Do not assume every more expensive recharge gives the full Pro tier.
Eligible recharges must be made on or after 16 September 2026 and during the offer period. Jio limits this to retail users who have never paid for any Canva subscription, including in the past. One claim is allowed per eligible unique mobile number.
The published flow is MyJio, then the Canva Pro or Pro Lite banner, then account registration. See the current Jio Canva deal for the matching offer on doublethink.
Can you use Jio and Airtel both?
If you hold both connections, check each benefit against its own eligible service. An eligible Airtel account can provide Adobe Express Premium, while an independently eligible Jio number can provide the stated Canva tier. The two official pages do not describe a combined claim or a way to transfer eligibility between carriers.
The catch
Free refers to the bundled software benefit, not free mobile service. Airtel requires an active service throughout the Express benefit. Porting out or ending that service can cancel access. Its terms allow one redemption per eligible customer and say this promotional subscription does not auto-renew after 12 months.
Existing paid Adobe subscribers can redeem alongside their subscription. Airtel does not promise that doing so stops existing billing. Check any separate subscription yourself. Jio also requires an active Jio 5G plan throughout the Canva benefit and excludes anyone who has previously paid for Canva.
Our take
If you already use Airtel and need a design tool, check the Express card first. Do not buy another connection expecting Canva from Airtel. If Canva specifically matters, compare Jio's eligible recharge and continuing service cost against your actual needs, with the never-paid restriction checked before spending.
Is Canva Pro free with Airtel?
We could not verify that benefit in the current official Airtel terms checked for this guide. The verified Airtel design bundle is Adobe Express Premium for 12 months. Jio separately lists Canva Pro and Pro Lite on specified prepaid plans.
Does the Jio 349 plan include full Canva Pro?
Jio's official page assigns Canva Pro Lite to the ₹349 plan. It assigns full Canva Pro to the eligible ₹399 recharge. These are not interchangeable tiers.
Are all Airtel AI perks still open to claim?
No. Airtel's published Perplexity Pro redemption window ended on 16 January 2026. Existing activated benefits may have their own remaining term, but that is not evidence of a fresh claim being available today.
