ElevenLabs Starter costs US$6 a month at its regular price, Creator US$22 and Pro US$99; an exact ₹ checkout total for India was not verified. On 24 October 2026, the monthly ElevenCreative pricing page also showed Starter at US$1 for the first month, labelled ‘Until Nov 1’, and Creator at US$11 for the first month. Those are introductory prices, not ongoing monthly rates.
The official billing guide says customers located in India can pay in INR at checkout. That does not establish a public rupee price for each plan. We quote the verified USD list prices below, without an unsupported currency conversion. The India page describes enterprise deployments, not a separate consumer rupee tariff.
Monthly ElevenCreative plans
These figures come from the official pricing page with Monthly billing selected. This is the creative subscription table, not the separate ElevenAgents or ElevenAPI pricing tabs. All displayed prices exclude taxes, levies and duties.
| Plan | Regular monthly price | Introductory price displayed | Credits per month | Main distinction |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | US$0 | Not applicable | 10,000 | Non-commercial use with attribution |
| Starter | US$6 | US$1 for the first month; labelled Until Nov 1 | 30,000 | Commercial licence and instant voice cloning |
| Creator | US$22 | US$11 for the first month | 121,000 | Professional voice cloning and additional credits |
| Pro | US$99 | None shown | 600,000 | 44.1 kHz PCM output through the API |
Budget for the regular price after an introductory month: US$6 for Starter or US$22 for Creator, before tax. The billing guide says first-month discounts apply only to the first month and are not repeated if you have already received one. Confirm your eligibility and renewal quote before paying; the public banner is not a signed-in checkout guarantee.
Larger Scale and Business tiers exist, but this page focuses on Free, Starter, Creator and Pro for individual creative work. Annual plans also exist and are billed on an annual cycle. Their credits still reset monthly on self-serve subscriptions. An annual plan’s monthly equivalent is not a month-to-month payment; the table above deliberately uses monthly billing only.
What the credits actually cover
Credits are a shared usage allowance, not a guaranteed number of finished voiceovers. ElevenLabs says consumption depends on the product, model, plan and whether generation happens on the website or through the API. Speech, sound effects and other creative tools can therefore draw down an allowance differently. Do not read 121,000 credits as 121,000 minutes or assume every model consumes one credit per character.
The Free plan is useful for checking the workflow before committing money. For paid client content, the licence matters as much as the credit total. The official billing guide allows non-commercial Free outputs with attribution and commercial use for content generated on paid plans, subject to the applicable terms. Its post-subscription licence guidance says content generated during a paid subscription retains its commercial licence after the subscription ends. Paying later does not establish commercial rights for earlier Free outputs.
The catch
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew each billing cycle. Cancel before the next cycle rather than treating the first-month offer as a one-off purchase.
- Limited rollover: staying on the same paid plan allows up to twice the usual monthly credit quota to carry forward. The rollover help page gives Starter’s maximum balance as 90,000 credits, including its new monthly allocation. Free has no rollover.
- Cancellation and downgrades: these take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unused subscription credits are lost then. Separately purchased Pay As You Go credits follow separate rules; they are not monthly subscription rollover.
- Tax and INR total: the pricing page explicitly excludes taxes, levies and duties. We did not verify an India checkout tax rate, final INR charge or INR renewal amount. Check those figures before confirming payment; no GST-inclusive total is claimed here.
- Cancellation is not a refund: the billing guide requires a refund request within 14 days of payment and no credit quota used in the period concerned. Do not assume cancelling returns the subscription fee.
To cancel, the billing guide directs you to Subscription, then Billing, then Modify Plan → Cancel Plan → Proceed → Cancel Subscription. Check that cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle.
Matching live deal
Doublethink currently lists the ElevenLabs startup grant. The official grant page advertises 12 months of access and 33 million characters for accepted startups. It requires an application and acceptance, with a valid business email and a long-term product with a business or monetisation strategy. This is not an automatic free Creator subscription for everyone in India.
FAQs
What is the ElevenLabs price in India in rupees?
The official billing guide supports INR checkout for customers located in India, but we did not verify exact rupee plan amounts. The public monthly table observed on 24 October showed USD prices: Starter US$6, Creator US$22 and Pro US$99 before taxes, with separate first-month offers.
Is ElevenLabs Creator US$11 every month?
No. The pricing page marks US$11 as a first-month discount from US$22. Budget for the regular US$22 monthly price after that introductory period, before taxes, and confirm the account-specific renewal quote.
Can unused ElevenLabs credits roll over?
Yes, on the same paid plan, up to twice the usual monthly allowance can roll forward. Free credits do not roll over. Cancellation or downgrading removes unused subscription credits when the change takes effect.
Can I use the Free plan for commercial voiceovers?
The official billing guide describes Free use as non-commercial with attribution. Starter is the first paid tier in this table with a commercial licence. Content generated during a paid subscription keeps that licence after cancellation under the official help guidance.
Our take
Starter is the lowest regular-price option here for commercial content and instant voice cloning. Choose Creator if you need professional voice cloning or its larger 121,000-credit allowance, not because the US$11 headline looks permanent. Pro’s 600,000-credit allowance and PCM API output are reasons to consider it only when those specific requirements justify US$99 a month. We compared official pricing and billing terms, not generated-audio quality. Check the final INR amount, tax and renewal date before subscribing.
